Buses number 1 and 3 were missing the thermometer. Note: It was correct at the time of inspection. The caregiver found two extra thermometers and placed them in the kit.

Bus number 4 was missing the first aid kit. Note: this was correct at the time of inspection. The caregiver found an extra first aid kit and placed it on the bus.

A caregiver in classromm Toddlers was seen helping toddlers use the restroom during a walk-through; however, neither the caregiver nor the children's hands were washed afterwards. Note Corrected at inspection. Caregivers and children were observed washing their hands.

The fire inspection report was not availble at the inspection time.
