One out of four children's records reviewed was missing the required food allergy emergency plan.

A childs hands were observed to not be washed after the childs diaper was changed. This was corrected during the inspection when the child's hands were washed.

During the inspection a fence picket was observed to be leaning out causing a potential safety hazard for children in care. This was corrected during the inspection when the fence picket was secured back onto the fence post.

At the time of the inspection there was one epinephrine auto-injector found that did not have it's original labeled package. This was corrected during the inspection when the original package for the epinephrine auto-injector was provided.
