Based on the information received during the investigation, the operation did not provide me with a policy regarding twice-a-day medication. A fever reducer was not administered despite a policy stating that it can be given if a parent is en-route and with a standing order.

Three infant feeding instructions were not updated within the last thirty days. They were last updated 1/3/22, 1/14/22, and 1/18/22. Note: Scanned pictures of the feeding forms were made.

Current Policies were not complete and were missing the following: Hearing and vision requirements, procedures/information for water activities, promotion of indoor and outdoor activities, and how parents may contact the local licensing office.
