One of the room during nap time exceed the maximum group side. It was observed 21 children, the specified age group was 18-23 months, the maximum group size and the number of children two or more caregivers may supervise for the specified age group is 18.

Children were observed out control during naptime, children who were awake were runnig or getting on other children cots. This was corrected during the inspection.

The naptime room was no propely arrange, the teachers and other children were walking over the cots of other children.

A Food Allergy Emergency plan was not on file for those children with a diagnosed food allergy.

A Health statements for children with special need such as food allergy were not on file.

A current list of children with diagnosed food allergies was not posted.

A caregiver did not used good sediment when used her hand to block a child who try to hit her and accidentally hit the child on the side of the head.
