The safety practices document does not know required number of drills for last documented year.

During inspection all playgrounds that require loose fill measured at 3 inches instead of the required 6 inches.

Through an investigation it was determined that a caregiver left a child unattended on a bus for around 4 or 5 minutes.

Through an investigation it was determined that a caregiver did not complete a walk through of their bus to check their Electronic Child Safety Alarm.

Three playground areas require the loose fill to be filled including either fluffing or digging out the compacted dirt to have 6 inches of fill.

During inspection, six personnel files were reviewed and the following was missing: First Aid/CPR: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 Emergency Preparedness: 1, 3, 5, Medication: 1, 3, 5, 6 Food Allergies: 1 Hazardous Materials: 1, 3, 5, 6

The operation did not timely report cases of COVID to Child Care Regulation.

Ten staff files were reviewed and three caregivers do not have current CPR/1st aid training.

The handbook does not have the required information related to active play.

During inspection it was found that a caregiver in charge of a group of children did not have a background check.

During inspection 10 employee files were reviewed. Two employees need the following training: emergency preparedness, medication, food allergy, and hazardous materials.

A cup was on the floor and a child picked up the cup and began drinking it. The cup did not belong to the child and was taken and put away.

A child was observed in a table seat without a strap and one child was observed not to be buckled into the strap. An infant was sitting in a floor level high chair that was missing safety straps.

Two classrooms were observed without outlet covers. Plugs covers were located and placed appropriately.

During inspection a plastic riding toy was observed to be broken with sharp edges. The toy was removed from the playground.
