A caregiver used inappropriately discipline by grabbing a child by their arm.

This standard was reviewed in relation to the self-reported allegations and found to be deficient. A child was left in the bathroom and was soon found by another caregiver in the hallway unsupervised.

Infants in care were not supervised in an appropriate manner allowing the caregiver to intervene when they were able to put inappropriate items in their mouths posing a risk to their health, and when an infant was able to partially fall on a counter leading to an injury.

During inspection an infant was seen in baby walker. The infant was removed during inspection and the walker was removed from the room.

The allergy alert plans were reviewed and two plans did not have the parents signature.

The lighting in one of the classrooms was not adequate lighting to see the children during nap. This was corrected at inspection.
