It was determined in an investigation that a child was given pizza when they have a dairy allergy. This was corrected at the investigation inspection as the operation has re-done their allergy postings in the classroom to be more visual so caregivers can see what allergens children in their class have rather than reading from a chart.

Five children did not have Food Allergy Emergency Plan signed by the parents.
