This standard was reviewed and found to be out of compliance through an investigation when multiple caregivers stated they would watch Disney movies not related to planned activates.

One caregiver is lacking 20 hours of annual traning.

Six child's records were reviewed and the following are missing: Child 2 needs water permissions, healthcare info, emergency medical authorization, and a health statement from the doctor. Child 3 needs a full enrollment form completed, please use original admission date.

During the walk through I observed a restock bottle of soap labeled keep out of reach and a spray bottle of Goo Gone in classrooms in reach of children.

During the walk through an open cabinet with floor cleaner and with no lock was seen in reach of children.

During the walk through an open cabinet in reach of children was seen holding floor cleaner, and a container of Swiffer floor cleaner was seen in reach of children in another room.

Through an investigation it was determined that a caregiver patted a child as a form of punishment to deter behavior.

During the investigation it was found that a child was grabbed on the arm by a caregiver and a bruise was left. The caregiver was dismissed.

During the investigation it was determined that a child was kicked by a caregiver.

During the investigation it was found that the daycare was without A/C for 10 days. Windows do not open and the temperature reached 87 degrees inside.

The permit holder failed to provide equipment to cool or ventilate the building or find an alternative location for all the children in a timely manner when the A/C was out for 10 days causing children and staff to be subjected to excessive heat which caused some children to become ill and put others at risk for heat related illness.

During inspection a caregiver was observed diapering a child without washing their hands or the child's hands. The table was not sanitized before diapering another child.

A caregiver in the infant room did not have the pre-service training including safe sleep practices and preventing sudden infant death syndrome.

This standard was reviewed in relation to the reported allegations and found to be deficient. There was sufficient evidence to support that bottles were being propped for infants. The staff members are no longer employed who were propping bottles.

During inspection two van's were found to need safety alarms installed.
