During the inspection two children were observed alone in a classroom.

There was a climbing structure on the playground that was installed at an angle. The manufacturer specifications require it to be on a level surface.

There was bleach water in the pre-k classroom accessible to the children,. There was a large sharpie marker that is marked as dangerous was also accessible to the children.
