A child currently in the home is over the age of 14 years old and does not have a complete background check.

The home was over ratio. The ages the home was caring for is 11 months, 12 months, 18 months, 3 year old, 3 year old, 3 year old, 3 year old and 4 years old.

Two propane tanks were observed in the playground.

The above ground pool located in the backyard of the premises had a supplemental fence, meant to bring the height to four feet attached to the main fence. A portion was observed on the ground, bringing the fence height to three feet and four inches. Note: This was corrected when supplemental fence was re-attached.

There were multiple piles of dog feces under the child playground area.

A seven month old infant was observed sleeping on a pillow in a play-yard with a stuffed animal and blanket. Note: This was corrected at inspection when the infant was removed from the play-yard.

The operation is out of capacity. The provider had two children in care under 17 months old and six children in care 18 months through four years old and five school age children, for a total of 13 children. Note: It was corrected at inspection when children were picked up.

During inspection, backyard was observed with an open gate to a side storage area with multiple hazards that was accessible to children.

Lacked a copy of statements of health of veterinarian for three out of the four cats observed during inspection that had accessed to children.

Ratios are not appropriate as the provider had two children in care under 17 months old and eight children in care 18 months through 3 years old and five children 4 years old and over which made her over capacity with 15 children in total.

During inspection, backyard was observed with hazards.

The above ground pool located in the backyard of the premises did not have a fence.

The dome climbing structure did not have six feet of use zone around it.
