A few bottles were missing the last initial. This was corrected when the bottles were labeled.

One caregiver observed in the infant room did not have a current SIDS training.

It was observed that all staff did a CPR training online without the use of manikins.

There were a few areas that were missing outlet covers. This was corrected when the director covered the electrical outlets.

Six out of ten children's records were missing parts of the emergency contact information.

Three infant feeding schedules had not been updated timely.

Four out of ten children's records did not have a special needs statement.

The documentation of drills was not available for review.

Several toys in the 12?18-month-old room had visible dirt/dust in hard-to-reach places that were accessible to the children. This was removed to an area of the room to be cleaned.

Two infants were missing a required monthly feeding schedule.

A fire inspection was last conducted on February 18, 2022. The director emailed the fire marshal to try and set up an appointment.

The written activity plans in each classroom was not available for review.

The promotion of Physical Activity was not available for review in the Operational Policies.

The emergency preparedness plan did not include the following: the address to the designated location, how the center will communicate with local authorizes and parents, relocate with essential documentation, how children under 24 months or those with limited mobility will be evacuated how staff will continue to care for children until each child will be released .
