The director was missing training in Preventing and responding to emergencies due to food or an allergic reaction;

The operation did not have a current fire inspection. The fire inspection was due 05/09/2023.

The emergency preparedness plan was missing the following items: How children who have limited mobility, or who otherwise may need assistance in an emergency, such as children who have mental, visual, or hearing impairments will be evacuated or relocated to the designated safe area or alternate shelter, How your staff will evacuate and relocate with the essential documentation, How your staff will continue to care for thechildren until each child has been released.

A general maintenance checklist for the active play space was not available during the inspection.

The director was missing the following trainings: administering medication, management techniques, leadership, or staff supervision.

The children's product certificate form was not available for review during the inspection.

Two staff do not have current training in First aid.

Two children's files do not have signatures by the physician verifying the hearing and vision.

Two staff do not have current training in CPR.

One childs files does not have a health statement signed by the physician.
