This standard was evaluated in regards to a report and found deficient. The school age room is not being properly maintained ,this is evident by overflowing trash as well as unclean bathrooms.

During my inspection I witnessed a caregiver harshly grabbing a child's face when she was disciplining him on the playground. The director contacted corporate and the caregiver was sent home for the day.

A child ran out of the classroom and was able to leave the building unsupervised.

The caregiver in the infant room did not know how many children were in her care at the time of inspection.

The operation failed to report to licensing when a parent expressed concerns her child was being mistreated by a caregiver.

One of the 4 vans evaluated during the inspection did not have a First Aid Kit. The director corrected during the inspection.
