HighBased on the investigation findings, this standard was reviewed and found to be in non-compliance with The Minimum Standards for Child Care Centers. The operation transported two three-year-old children; the operation only had one forward facing child safety seat on the vehicle available for use. The operation staff did not know the weights or heights of any the fifteen children ages 4 through 7 years old that were transported; the operation could not determine if these children required more than a safety belt.
