It was determined the operation did not report to Child Care Regulation within the required time frame.

There was not an additional person in the facility during naptime. All caregivers present were counted in ratio.

In the first aid kit there were expired antiseptic wipes. The Director threw the wipes away during the inspection.

There was 1 child with a documented food allergy and there was not a Food Allergy Plan on file for review.

The Operational Policy was reviewed and the following sections were not observed in the handbook: Parent Rights, Infant Safe Sleep, Hearing/Vision Screening, Policy Changes, Insect Repellant/Sunscreen, Employee Vaccinations and Gang Free Zone.

The last documented fire drill was completed in July 2024.

There were 2 caregivers that did not have a high school diploma on file.

There were 2 caregivers that did not have a current CPR/First Aid on file.

There were 2 children in care that did not have a health care statement on file.

Each caregiver was observed supervising a group of children during nap time. There was not an extra caregiver observed in the building during initial arrival.

A caregiver stated she had 16 children in care and it was determined she had 17 children in care during the inspection.
