This standard was evaluated as part of the investigation and was found to be deficient. On 7/30/2025, a caregiver recorded on an infant daily report that an infant took 4 ounces of milk when the infant did not take their bottle at the feeding; the caregiver did not communicate on the daily report that the infant did not take the milk.

During the investigation inspection, a new employee was in the classroom with the children. The person had a pending status for their background check. This was corrected at inspection when the person left the classroom and the operation.
