The home had 15 children in care at the time of the walkthrough. The permit holder contacted the parents and 3 children went home for a capacity of 12 at the home.

The volunteer counted as an assistant teacher at the operation did not have the 24 hours annual training for the 11/2022- 11/2023 annual training year.

The permit holder did not have documentation to verify completion of the monthly fire drills.

The permit holder did not have documentation to verify completion of a carbon monoxide detector being checked monthly.

The permit holder did not have documentation at the operation to verify completion of the annual training hours.

There were two individuals present in the home who did not have a background check during my visit.

The primary caregiver First Aid Expired in December 2023 and the assistant caregiver did not have First Aid or CPR training.
