After investigation, it was determined that the operation delayed reporting an incident to Child Care Regulation that placed a child at risk of harm within the required two day period.

Through investigation, one caregiver was observed to be harsh in her treatment of a child when she repositioned him at nap time.

Two classrooms had garbage accessible to children. This was corrected at inspection when staff disposed of garbage into a garbage can with a lid.

Five classrooms had disinfectant, bleach, and other cleaners in unlocked cabinets and within children's reach. This was corrected at inspection with caregiver's moved the cleaning products to higher shelving and locked cabinets.
