While doing a walk through in the outdoor area there were two bodies of water found in the play area of a toy bin and wagon that were accessible to children. This was corrected during the inspection when the water was removed from the play area and the toy bin removed from the playground.

While doing a walkthrough it was found that the operation had 13 children in care. This was corrected during the inspection when one child went home.

While reviewing staff records the last training regarding infants available for viewing was Novemeber 2021.

While observing the children having lunch, when they were done eating their hands and mouths were wiped with a wet paper towel.

While reviewing the operational policy there was no promotion of indoor and outdoor activity available.

While observing the fire extinguisher the last service date was March 2019.

While reviewing drills the last drills documented available for viewing was February 2022. A fire drill was performed while present at the operation.

While reviewing staff records there was no diploma on file for an assistant caregiver available for viewing.
