During nap time the children's mats were close to one another not giving enough space for children and caregivers to walk between the mats. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when the mats were rearranged to give space for children and caregivers to walk around the mats.

Director is missing hazardous materials, building safety, medication administration, allergic reactions, communicable diseases, emergency preparedness trainings for 3/18/2023-3/18/2024.

Three out of the five employee records reviewed are missing one hour of abuse and neglect training for the last full year of employment. Corrected during inspection when trainings were taken by employees and showed certificate to inspector.

Garbage bins were accessible to child in two restrooms. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when caregiver removed the trash bins and bought new ones with lids from the store.

The outdoor area needed maintenance. The grass was out grown. The playground surfacing was not maintained properly.

Transportation Emergency Plan was not available for review at the time of inspection.

Four staff training records were reviewed. One staff member is missing training on: Safe Sleep/Shaken Baby/Early Brain Development A second staff member is missing trainings on: Hazardous Materials Food Allergies Administering Medications Building and Physical Premises Safety Communicable Diseases
