Upon entering the operation there were twenty-one 2-4 year olds with one caregiver causing the room to be out of ratio. The proper ratios for this room is 1:11 for 2 year olds, 1:15 for 3 year olds and 1:18 for 4 year olds. This was corrected at the inspection when another teacher came, and the group was separated into the correct ratios. When reviewing the sign in and sign out sheets for staff and children it was found that there were several days that the operation was out of ratio in the morning between 6:45 am and 7:15 am.
