The operation does not have any documenation showing they program has conducted a severe weather or lock-down drill since August or 2022. The violation was corrected at the time of inspection. The staff present had the children do both a lock-down and severe weather drills.

One caregiver left the children unattended when she took a child up front to be dismissed from care the children were left in the cafeteria unsupervised for approxmately 1 minute.

One child left the cafeteria unsupervised and licensing brought it to the attention of staff. A child was observed running on top of the cafeteria tables. Several children went into the supply closet getting their own activities because none were set out. Several children were chasing each other in the cafeteria. .
