This employee was retrained and the director modeled in the classroom how to talk to the children in a loving, soothing tone. When the director noticed the employee was not taking the retraining serious is when the teacher was terminated. The operation was proactive when the director would model in the classroom for the teacher on how to redirect children without using a loud tone.
