During today's inspection it was observed that children that were napping were left unattended in a room. It was also observed that a non-staff member was supervising children during naptime.

Documentation of a current fire inspection needs to be provided.

A detail outdoor play/safety plan needs to be provided and two opportunities need to be listed for outdoor play.

The operation will not be using the outdoor play area due to church expansion and the cost of loose fill. The operation will be providing an alternative plan for outdoor activity.

Preventing and responding to emergencies due to food or an allergic reaction Understanding building and physical premises safety, including identification and protection from hazards that can cause bodily injury such as electrical hazards, bodies of water, and vehicular traffic Handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous materials.
