During the time of inspection an infant child was observed asleep and buckled in their infant car seat. The child was noted to have arrived at the home about 30 minutes prior to the inspection time and had not yet been removed from the car seat. The baby was removed promptly at the request of the inspector. ----------------------------------- Durante la inspeccion se observo a un bebe dormido y abrochado en su asiento infantil para automovil. Se noto que el ni?o habia llegado al hogar aproximadamente 30 minutos antes del momento de la inspeccion y que aun no habia sido retirado del asiento. El bebe fue retirado de inmediato a solicitud del inspector.

At the time of inspection the provider's assistant was present with the group of children after Ineligibility status had been received on 11/4/25 due to failure to complete the fingerprint check.

At the time of inspection a new fulcrum seesaw was present in the backyard of the home. Children in care at under 5 years of age. -------------------------------------------- Al momento de la inspeccion, habia un nuevo balancin en el patio trasero de la casa. Ni?os bajo cuidado menores de 5 a?os.

There is climber in the backyard area of the home was observed too close, less than 6 feet away, from the wooden play structure. -------------------------------- Se observo a un escalador en el area del patio trasero de la casa demasiado cerca, a menos de 6 pies de la estructura de juego de madera.
