The hand washing sinks in the infant rooms were observed to be used to rinse bottles.

Outdoor slides observed to not have appropriate depth in surfacing, measuring under 6 inches of required depth.

An updated sanitation inspection was not available for review.

The Trash Can in the Pre-K room did not have a lid mking the garbage accessible to the children.

A nap mat that was being used was observed to be torn making it hard to wash and or sanitize. This was corrected during the inspection when the director removed the mat and supplied the child with another,

Monthly Smoke Detection checks are not being conducted.

Of the 7 children files reviewed, four did not have the Health Statement completed.

Of the 7 children files reviewed, five did not have the Special Needs section completed.

The most current Employee List was not posted at the time of the inspection. This was corrected during the inspection.

The fence on the playground was broken fence boards and portruding nails that pose a potental hazard to the children.

During the Application inspection Child Care Regulation representative observed children in care. The operation was offering services without an initial permit.
