The playhouse has a stair with broken wooden pieces, and the snail is stuck out with those broken pieces at the playground.

There was no loose mulch installation under the slide at the playground.

In the infant room,I observed a flat mattress that snugly fits the sides of the crib. Note: Director had one new mattress and new crib available at center.She replaced new crib and mattress during inspection time.
