Caregiver was observed supervising children without a cleared background check. Note: This was corrected during inspection as caregiver was removed from the classroom.

Bottle of sanitizing solution was observed above diaper changing table inside girls restroom at children's level. Note: This was corrected during inspection as bottle was removed and placed in a safe place not accessible to children.
