The last recorded fire drill and testing of the fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors were in April. This was corrected during the inspection when a fire drill was conducted and the primary caregiver tested the fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors.

Out of four children's records reviewed, two required updated immunization records.

Out of three staff files reviewed, two were missing proof of education and pre-employment affidavits and all of them were missing copies of their photo IDs.

Children under two years old were watching television with the older children. This was corrected during the inspection when the children under two were taken into a different room with another caregiver so they weren't watching television.

There was no children's product certification form available for review.

The children's cots were not labeled with their names.

There was a caregiver present who still had a pending background check. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver was sent home.

The parent handbook did not have plan for physical activity to occur indoors when weather is too bad to go outdoors, an emergency preparedness plan, procedures for parents to view minimum standards online and review inspection reports, and procedures for the home to do health checks.

There was a gap at the bottom of the fence large enough for a child to crawl under, and sharp edges of a cut chainlink fence where children could access them.
