2 young children were sleeping in cribs with blankets. One had a blanket covering their body along with a mat and pillow and the other young child had a small stuff animal and blanket in the crib. This was corrected at Inspection when the director removed both blankets, stuff animal, and mat with pillow out of the crib.

Documentation show that fire drills are not completed on a monthly basis and not within 3 minutes or less.

The monthly inspection checklist was last completed on Nov. 22. This was corrected at inspection when the director completed the monthly checklist for this month and updated that her playground area is not in use at this time due to equipment that has fallen apart and needs to be put back together.
