The operation does not have a current Children's Products Certification From 2885. The most recent form found during inspection is dated 4/13/2024.

The director and one caregiver were missing proof of required annual training in the following topics: Emergency preparedness, administering medication, preventing and responding to emergencies due to food or an allergic reaction, and handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous materials. The operation does administer medication to one enrolled child.

During inspection, an eleven month old child was found sleeping in a crib with a blanket. The caregiver removed the blanket from the crib immediately upon my request.

According to records presented to me during inspection, the operation's last fire inspection was conducted 3/22/2024.

During follow up inspection, both directors did not complete 30 hours of annual training during the 2023-2024 training year. Director hired on 4/19/2023 had 14 hours of training. Director hired on 7/20/2023 had 5 hours of training.

During inspection, infant was observed in bouncer from 10:15 am to 10:30 am.

Staff hired on 2/3/2025 is not enrolled and has not completed Child-Care Career Program.

During inspection, one caregiver had a total of 12 children present. Youngest child was 10 months old with the oldest child being 11 years old.

During inspection, fire extinguishers had not been inpsected in the building and vans for months January through July of 2024.

During inspection, smoke detector had not been tested for months January through July of 2024.

During inspection, carbon monoxide detector was not inspected during the months of January, March, May, June, and July of 2024.

During inspection, fire drills were not conducted for months March, May, June, and July of 2024.

A caregiver was observed changing a toddler's diaper. After the diaper change was complete, the caregiver used hand sanitizer on their hands instead of washing their hands. This was corrected when the caregiver was instructed to wash their hands.

A child's hands were not washed after a diaper change. This was corrected during inspection when the caregiver was instructed to wash the child's hands.
