This standard was reviewed and found to be out of compliance through an investigation. It was determined that a caregiver left multiple children unattended for multiple minutes at the daycare.

During the investigation it was determined that caregivers did not provide proper supervision when a child was left unsupervised for around 3 minutes outside on the playground.

During an investigation it was determined that caregivers did not provide the special supervision needs for a child in their care. The caregivers stated they were aware this child required special supervision needs.

During the investigation it was determined that caregivers did not provide proper supervision when a child was left unsupervised for around 19 minutes inside their classroom.

It was found through this investigation that a caregiver consumed a controlled substance while at the child care center.

Through this investigation it was determined that a caregiver was under the influence of a controlled substance while caring for children.

During the inspection an individual with an inactive background was observed in a classroom.

During the inspection no training hours could be produced for the director.

During the inspection multiple rooms were found to have cleaning supplies and hazardous material within reach of children in cabinets without locks.

During the inspection 3 televisions were observed not properly anchored down.

During the inspection a majority of caregiver and director training time periods were all set as the first of August instead of their hire dates.

During the inspection a caregiver was found on the staff list and had not had any background check run on them. This caregiver was present at the time of inspection and had access to children.
