Children were seen returning from outdoors, following their playtime, and having snacks prior to washing their hands. This was corrected during the inspection, when the children were redirected to have their hands washed.

Individual children were seen interacting freely among various groups, exiting the cafeteria, heading to the gym, departing from snack time, and joining a different group that was playing games. This was rectified during the inspection when the groups were established and the children stayed within their respective groups.

Medication box was checked and one medication was not labeled with the child's full name and the date brought to the operation. This was corrected during the inspection when the information was included on the container.

Based on the evidence gathered during the investigation, a caregiver failed to exhibit good judgment by delaying the report of the use of inappropriate discipline and neglecting to report similar inappropriate conduct on at least two previous occasions.
