The operation did not have the most recent inspection report from Child Care Regulation posted. The last report posted was from 2020. The operation did not have a copy of the Emergency Numbers posted.

There were 3 outlets that did not have outlet covers. The caregiver placed outlet covers on the outlets during the inspection.

There were 3 infants (12, months, 2-15 months). a 2 year old, 2- 4 year olds and 2-5 years in care during the inspection. The ratio was over by one for the 18 months and up age group.

The operation did not have current documentation of fire drills for the current year. The last fire drill documented was in June 2021. A fire drill was completed during the inspection.

Two children in care did not have a health statement on file.

Two children in care did not have updated immunization records on file and 1 child in care did have an immunization record on file.

During the inspection it was found that the operation had not completed a fire drill since 09/2020. This was corrected at inspection when a drill was completed successfully.

During the annual monitoring inspection it was found that the operation was not testing their smoke and carbon detectors monthly. The last documented test was 09/2020.

During the inspection it was observed that an outlet was not covered. This was corrected at inspection.

During the monitoring inspection it was found that the children's products were not being reviewed annually to ensure that there were no recalled items being used.
