An fourteen month old infant was placed in a baby walker by caregiver. This was corrected at inspection caregiver removed the infant and director, removed the walker from the classroom.

A infant was observed swaddled as they were sleeping. This was corrected at inspection when infant was unwrapped allowing arm and leg movement.

A younger infant was observed asleep in a swing for more than 2 minutes. This was corrected at inspection when infant was removed.
