The previous fire inspection was conducted by Fire Marshall Department on 11/20/2024. Note: Fire Marshall will conduct a fire inspection for the daycare within 2 weeks from 12/02/2025.

1/The playground equipment for toddlers was rotted and there were some sharp edges on it posing hazard for outdoor activities. Note: The second director put up yellow tape so children would not use it until it fixed. 2/There was one nail on the fence sticked out posing hazard for outdoor activities. Note: The first director fixed it by hammer at inspection. 3/One exit fence door from the playground could not be opened by 2 teachers as required that the children must be able to safely exit the building within three minutes in case of emergency. Note: The second director could open it after a while and stated that she will fix the fence hinge of the exit door from the playground so it can be opened in case of emergency. 4/The 4 seats of the play equipment of seesaw were cracked/broken posing hazard for outdoor activities. The center did not submit background checks for 2 visitors who are 17 and 21 years old. They are present and actively working with the operation during the inspection. Note: Both left the center after 10:30 AM during the inspection. The second director submitted both background checks at inspection.
