This standard was reviewed in relation to the reported allegations and found to be deficient. There was evidence to support that the standard of one caregiver to four infants was not being followed. There were 7 infants being cared for by 1 caregiver.

This standard was reviewed and found deficient as the operation failed to report by January 15, 2024, the number of employees who ceased working for the operation in 2023.

One staff completed CPR through an online source only which did not require the use of a manikin.

This standard was evaluated in regard to an investigation and a violation was found. Children were using the space where high stacking chairs were in the area. These chairs were adult size chairs and stacked taller than children's height and posing hazards to children.

Reduced child/caregivers was used in the room with the children , age 13 months to 2 year old (SAG 18-24months). One caregiver was supervising 10 children. In the infant room, one caregiver was supervising 5 children, age 4 -11 months (SAG 0-11 months).

A caregiver with provisional status with the condition of must never be left alone with a child or group of children in the care was left alone with children during nap time. It was corrected when another caregiver came back to the classroom.

At the nap time, there were no additional caregivers/staff in the building until the owner/caregiver caregiver came back to the building.
