During a walk through there were 7 classrooms that did not know how many children that they had in care. One classroom stated that they had 8 children in care but they had 7 children. Another classroom stated that had 10 children in care, but had 11 children. Another classroom stated that they had 6 children in care but had 7. Another classroom stated that they had 8 children in care but they had 7 children. Another classroom stated that they had 7 children in care but had 8 children. Another classroom stated that they had 9 children in care but had 10 children.

Observed 3 bottles in the infant room that was not labeled with the infants first name and last initial. The caregivers were asked to label the bottles.

Observed multiple classrooms had clutter, on the counters and classrooms with rubber mats and plastic lined climbing equipment that had visible dirt on them.

During an investigation it was found that a caregiver was seen on camera hitting a child on their hand. The caregiver was fired the day the operation was notified of the incident.

A child in care was not changed promptly after wetting and soiling their diaper.

An infant was observed asleep in a swing for an unknown amoount of time.

Observed two classrooms that had children sitting in highchair seats without being strapped in. This was corrected when the children were strapped in or taken out of the seats.

Obsesrved an infant sleeping in a crib with the drop down gate down. This was corrected when the gate was raised and fastened.
